Expressways to Learning of Western Loudoun

POLICIES AND CONDITIONS

After a student is activated into the ETL system, the parent will have access to the Parent Portal.

The Parent Portal will contain registration information, and billing options.

There are two billing options:

Option 1: The Home Study program, using the Expressways to Learning systems, personalized for each student as indicated by initial testing and individual student needs.

Fees:
  • 1st student: $280.00 per billing period (4 weeks)
  • 2nd student: $140.00 per billing period (4 weeks)

Fees to include one 55 minute weekly follow-up session, with the teacher, and 3-4 home study lessons.

Option 2: Homework help and/or traditional tutoring, personalized for each student as indicated by the individual academic needs and parent preferences.

  • 1st student: $200.00 per billing period (4 weeks)
  • 2nd student: $150.00 per billing period (4 weeks)

Fees to include one session, with the teacher, per week.

Sessions for both options will be paid, in advance, and will be billed through the Parent Portal.


TERMS AND POLICIES

We at Expressways to Learning of Western Loudoun have the utmost respect for our customers' privacy. In no way will we violate this philosophy. We will not release any information gathered about our customers. Any privacy concerns should be directed to questions@expresswaysloudoun.com; we take all privacy concerns very seriously and will respond appropriately and quickly. Our customers have been our number one priority and will continue to be our first priority in the future.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds. If situations arise where the student needs to put off sessions for a particular time period, the amount paid can be credited for a later time period.


HOME STUDY STUDENTS

Before beginning the Home Study program, a $50.00 fee is required which covers initial testing and one parent orientation session.

The Home Study student will have the Expressways to Learning systems downloaded into their home computer, and it will be licensed for the period for which it is paid. The teacher will be able to monitor progress on a weekly basis and can contact students via email or phone with helpful comments and suggestions.

Students are encouraged to call or email with any problems or needs as they arise.

Student progress will be evaluated, at the follow-up sessions, and lessons for the upcoming week will be assigned.
